You will have your private bathroom with a standing shower. - Short-term rental is preferred (six months or less). The lease will be month-to-month and will include ALL utilities and Wifi. - Furnished bedroom includeing a full-size bed, nightstand, desk, large closet with ample storage space, and linens. The cozy living room offers a view of the lake from the balcony and includes a furnished TV, couch, and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, blender, rice cooker, air fryer, and shared plates/utensils. - The location is fantastic, with a 1-minute walk to the lake with a stunning view. It's a 5-minute drive to the closest metro Dunn Loring and a 10-minute drive to various grocery stores including Lidl, Aldi, Safeway, Harris Teeter, H-Mart, Great Wall Super Market, and CVS. - Please note the following rules: No smoking or drugs allowed, and no pets are permitted. I am the landlord and I also live in the condo. I'm a working professional in K-12 education, friendly, and enjoy working out and reading. Month to month lease. Short term preferred (6 months or less). The rent include all the utilities so you do not need to worry about extra costs. Quiet hours 12am to 8am.
