The house has two great bed rooms, very spaces 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and high ceiling attic that can be used for storage.there is plenty of storage area in the Garage and attached backyard storage area. it is located in a great area and very clean to Hunter or downtown Savannah. Most of all it is kids and animal friendly very safe area. You have to take the drive to appreciate the safety and beauty. The 204 Bridge is all done and just weeks away from open. There are no houses for sale in this area. The most the I seen for sale get sold in two weeks or less. I am selling at this price so I dont have to pay the agent for now.
