Bathrooms: Upgraded vanities and fixtures. Living Rooms: Upgrade to wood floors, better views of the city, and all apartments have balconies. Bedrooms: Upgrade to better views, wood closet doors instead of curtains, and maple crown moulding. Extras: Upgrade to maple crown moulding. The apartment is located at the heart of campus and downtown. 1 min walk to Lake Mendota and State street, 3 min walk to capitol. Humanity, business school, and Journalism are right across the street from Lucky. The Student Association Center is located within the building. The highest most floor of Lucky is just a giant deck with a view of the city and is absolutely gorgeous in summer. The Steve Brown Apartment provides great management and service to Lucky residents. The whole building is under surveillance, and has 24 hr front desk and security lock. In the daytime, there is usually a doorman to open door for you. You don't even have to exit the building then will have the access to hot yoga excise and the Fresh Market. A 24 hr open Walgreens and Buffalo Wings is right on the ground floor of your apartment, making it extremely convenient. Each floor has a spacious lounge room where you could watch TV or study there. And there are washer&dryer on each floor which you could check the availability online and are paid through your resident key card...An individual parking lease is also available.
