This site is fully landscaped. Each home contains washer/dryer hook-ups, and washer/dryer rentals are available. Three of the homes are fully accessible for persons with disabilities. SVC is located off Strawberry Road and Minnesota Drive. CIHA intends to offer each home for sale to the qualifying tenant occupying the unit at the end of the 15th year of rental operation. Accepts Section 8.
