Pets are welcome with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for stays over 30 nights, with $75 for each additional full month booked. The neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization phase, with many properties being renovated. While some buildings remain boarded, the area has seen improvements in recent years. Franklinton, once affected by floods and neglect, is now being transformed into an urban creative district. The City of Columbus is developing this new neighborhood, centered between Gift, Town, Lucas, and Rich Streets, retaining the character of Franklinton. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, with a fee of $500 or more for violations. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the property, and extra cleaning fees may apply if the house is left in a condition requiring additional cleaning. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am Sunday through Thursday, and 10pm to 8am Friday and Saturday. Unauthorized guests or visitors after 10pm are prohibited and must be approved in advance.
