a planned community-major increase in size population since 1984 and is middle to upper middle class/income. it's location allows for quick exit to all points.freeways are near accessable.we find that there is great medical and schools in this community.for military families,miramar marine air base is part of the community close by.we find parks and ball fields for our kids and grand kids.it's a mixed ethnic neighbor-hood.i have lived here same address for 25 years.
