This includes visitors with pets or pet sitting situations. Dogs must not exceed the 30-pound weight limit. No smoking in the unit, community spaces, or parking ramp. This includes vaping products. One ramp parking spot is included with the unit, with an additional spot available for an additional fee of $50. Climate controlled storage locker is available for rent with an additional fee of $50. Prospective tenant must agree to the bylaws of The Pointe of Saint Paul Condominium Association, which will be provided when lease is signed.
