If you need a late checkout, requests can be accommodated up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival for a fee of $25 per hour. Unplanned late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, with a 10-minute grace period before the charge is incurred. While this may seem strict, it reflects the charges incurred from the cleaning team when they have to wait for departure before they can begin cleaning. A laptop computer is not included.
