You will be just steps from the beach! The "off season" is quiet but still just as beautiful and very convenient to anything you need. The unit is fully furnished and all utilities (including WIFI) and off street parking is included in the rent. This unit is on the second floor of the two floor building with free laundry on site. We are located right next to the Amtrak rail system. The train goes by several times during the day and part of the evening and does blow a horn at the intersection next to our building. Due to our association by laws, we cannot allow grills on the property. This is a non-smoking property. Utilities included, plus WiFi! Off street parking for 1 car. NO SMOKING.
