WOW -Home has gas furnace so average bill for heat/central air/cooking/electric through WG&E is $78/month! Additionally since owning they upgraded to a Rinnai on demand water heater, a Lenox gas fireplace insert (able to light a pilot for use even in a power outage for heat), a 5 burner gas kitchen range and Custom Bali window treatments.
