WOW -Home has gas furnace so average bill for heat/central air/cooking/electric through WG&E is $78/month! Additionally since owning they upgraded to a Rinnai on demand water heater, a Lenox gas fireplace insert (able to light a pilot for use even in a power outage for heat), a 5 burner gas kitchen range and Custom Bali window treatments. These are all wonderful upgrades and the unit feels brand new due to the impeccable upkeep of the condo by its owners.
