I am arranging this because Bob, the person living in one bedroom of this townhouse, will be out of the country. With Bob's permission, I have taken the responsibility of finding another person to rent when I move out. Bobby is a smart, kind and eccentric guy! He is in his 60s and very active in the community. He is also 420 friendly and lgbtq+ friendly and has one cat named Mr. G. Unfortunately, you cannot have a cat or dog because Mr.G is very territorial. Bob does not accept smokers either.
