I do not have a written market analysis of this one. But the tax assessed value is $78,000. Zillow sasy that it is a 5 bedroom. It is actually six bedrooms but one of them is very small. There are four bedrooms in the larger apartment and 1 or 2 in the smaller apartment.Great investment property since it does not need much work. Or great for a family who wants an in-law apartment.There is a shed for garden tools and lawn mowers. There is a large yard.This home is being sold as is.
