Rent is $600 and we would like a security deposit of $600 to move in. Utilities are included. The room is 121 sq ft. You will need to share a bathroom with 1 other person. Room is clean and warm. We have a hot water dispenser in the kitchen. This room has blackout curtains and free unlimited internet access of 1G fiber from Ziply. You will have your own refrigerator space and shelves for pantry items. We are only looking for a male renter only. Sorry no pets or smokers. Utilities and internet is free. We provide an ethernet cable in your room.
