You will have access to: your room, the bathroom, and the kitchen. All other parts of the house are private. The monthly cost of utilities is built into your rent. That being said, please turn off lights, AC, TV, etc., when you are not home. To avoid any conflicts amongst tenants about people taking each other's food, each room in the house has its own mini fridge. Silverware, bowls, plates, pots, pans, etc, and the oven on the first floor are free to use for the entire house. If you have a car, you are more than welcome to park it in the back. If you get too cold, each room has a space heater. And if you get too hot, each room has a ceiling fan, air conditioner, and we have plenty of extra tower fans which we can give you upon request. Each bedroom also has a dresser in it for your clothes, a queen sized bed, two pillows, and a personal laundry hamper (and we have a washer-dryer in the house that has been having some problems that we are working on getting fixed ASAP). Lastly, we have 55 inch Roku televisions mounted on the wall in each room which have a number of different streaming apps; AMC+, Hulu (with ads), Disney+, Starz, DailyWire, Masterclass, and ESPN+. So if you are an avid TV watcher you'll definitely appreciate our house!
