    Vacant land! Picture is of the outside rendering on what can be built. The former medical center building (including 425 78th Street) was demolished and signed off by the building department. The prior 60x100 lot was split into two lots of 30x100 each (417 and 423 78th Street). This was needed so we can double our residential buildable square feet.
