We have convenient bus routes to SJSU and lightrail. Cost average of $10 on uber express/ Lyft Express share pool to get to downtown. It can be furnished with a bed and a table. I will provide internet access, the rent is utilities included, washer and dryer, kitchen privileges as long as you clean up after yourself. I only accept a single person but overnight guest is allowed occasionally. I'm a working professional with 2 friendly dogs. We are looking for a professional that has no drama and a good fit.
