SECLUSION.CONVENIENCE.POTENTIAL! Welcome to Golden Acres! This ~ 6 acre haven sitting just outside Oneonta, is balanced with versatile landscape, beautiful mountain views & a stream fed POND. Originally set out to be an eco-friendly "glamping" retreat, 2 BRAND NEW twin cabins (Amish built) come fitted electric wiring, outlets & switches, insulation, generators, & the finest materials to help kick off the best part of any build- the final steps! A large WELL (with shut off at the head for easy access) intended to sustain even more cabins on the property. Water lines have been run to both cabins from the well, & are ready to be hooked up to your new bathrooms. With the smaller cabin being 90% finished, it's easy to see the dream. When stored, the custom built Murphy bed presents a "wall" (i.e bed underside!) mounted dining table. A spaciously considerate design, leaving little to be desired. The lower, larger cabin remains in early stages of finishing. Elements include a French pocket door to the bedroom, large bathroom area, & PLENTY of living space! & when it's all finished, relax on the enclosed patios with removable screens- Truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND property.
