It is nestled in a quite neighborhood, within 5 minute walk from the neighborhood park. Shoreline Park, Amphitheater, Stevens Creek Trail all within jogging distance. And best of all, it is close to both Hwy 85 and Hwy 101, in the reverse commute direction -- drive to Apple takes about 15min during rush hours. Property is available from 6/14 to 7/21, minimum rent 1 month. No smoking is allowed. All utilities are included. Our cat lives in the garage and has access to the backyard. She is very shy, please do not provoke. A pet sitter comes every few days to the garage to check in on her and restock supplies. Tenants need to refill her food and water everyday. Tenants need to water the house plants every week, and we will provide detailed instructions. Gardener comes every 2 weeks to take care of the yard, no access to the house.
