I'm looking for a renter for the main floor of a shared house. Your private space is a bedroom, attached 3/4 bathroom with a newly renovated shower, and an office/guest bedroom. The living room, kitchen and washer/dryer are shared with 1 main floor roommate, and myself (homeowner) part time on the second floor. The basement is an occupied private apartment with separate entrance, kitchen and laundry. There is one dog in the house who would get along with another small dog, but will need a compatibility meeting. Lease terms are negotiable but 1 year is preferred. Each tenant has ample personal space and use of the fireplace, porch, backyard gardens, and some garage space for storage. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with open space, parks, and bus stops a short walk away. It's a ~20min drive to either Denver or Boulder. Hoping to find someone respectful and responsible who will enjoy living here! Lease terms are flexible, but 1 year is preferred. Smoking outdoors only. Housemates share responsibility for snow removal. Yard maintenance is taken care of by the homeowner. New pets will need to have a compatibility meeting. Pet deposit is $250, non-refundable $100 for carpet cleaning.
