The reason why the HOA monthly charge is so low is because the land that the mobile home is on is owned by the mobile home owner in form of a share. Nice mobile home that my cousin did not appreciate and take care of. He has passed away and I need to sell it ASAP! To be honest, it needs lots of TLC and replacement of items throughout the mobile home. There is no working AC, my recommendation is a lot of homes are utilizing a Mini-Split style AC unit, more cost efficient to use, and less cost to buy. There are no appliances, and the kitchen cabinets need to be replaced as the main bedroom floor. The second bedroom needs the ceiling fixed, and the main bathroom needs the toilet replaced. It needs a lot of help, but a great investment for someone to restore it and sell for a lot more $$$$$. The pool and hot tub are literally right behind this mobile home. They have shuffleboard courts, a laundry room, and a clubhouse as well. Really quiet and AWESOME place to live. Please let me know if you would like to view it.
