Qualification Guidelines For Rental Acceptance In general, such applications may be rejected for the following reasons, though not necessarily exclusive. 1. All occupants over 18 years old must fill out an application and pay an additional application fee. 8. Any felony regardless of conviction is unacceptable. 9. Criminal history will be rejected. 10.
