Excellent location. Around the corner from the beach. Tile and carpet. The unit is UNFURNISHED except for washer and dryer as well as 2 bar stools. Nice sized bar with under the counter lights. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Convenient to Walmart on Front Beach Road, Wonderworks and Riley's Believe It or Not and Thomas Drive. Rent is due on the first day of the month and delinquent on the 5th day of the month. Rent does cover HOA fees. The $2400.00 down is the first months rent and a security deposit. If you are late there will be a $10 charge. A/C was replaced last year inside and outside units. The master bedroom is big enough for a king size bed and the second bedroom a queen. Basic cable is provided by Comcast but you will need to get boxes from them. They offer an X1 package which includes internet, DVR with remote that you speak into and a box in each bedroom for $89. We have never done a long term rental on our place before. The price is comparable with other units in the Complex. The complex is called Greenwood Estates. Greenwood Estates is located on the lagoon. We do not have a boat slip but you can sit on the dock at the table or even fish. Renter responsible for first and last months rent at signing. Renter is responsible for electricity with Gulf Power and Cable/Internet. There is one parking spot assigned to each unit. There are several non-reserved spots available for friends to visit. No parties. Pets allowed and you must pick up after them when walking. No smoking. You have access to the pool, the common area and the lagoon.
