    What's special

Available July 1st is an updated 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse located in the beautiful and desirable Inverness neighborhood on the edge of Potomac and Bethesda (Seven Locks Road and Tuckerman Lane) for $2950 per month. 2 year lease preferred. This townhouse has it all: three upstairs bedrooms, and two renovated upstairs bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has three large windows with shutout window treatments, a ceiling fan, two closets and a renovated en suite (full bath). The remaining upstairs bedrooms each have windows overlooking the back yard with window treatments, double closets, and share the renovated full bathroom in the hallway. The larger has a ceiling fan and either is suitable for use as an in home office. The fully finished carpeted lower level has a door that closes off a huge space containing a fire place, full bathroom with a built in shower, a window to the back yard, and is perfect for a fourth bedroom, guest suite, entertaining, and more. The washer and dryer are located in the utility room with ample storage space. The main level with hardwood floors throughout, is split into an eat-in kitchen with a late model refrigerator/freezer that has a built in icemaker and built in water dispenser. The well laid out kitchen has ample counter top space with the dishwasher right next to the sink with 2015 fixtures. The garbage was also replaced in 2015 and the built in microwave oven hangs above the burners and traditional electric oven. The dining and living room look out to the back yard and beyond the green natural land in the center of the community. A trail runs behind the house through the common area. The back yard patio leads to a second tiered 10x10 pad that can be used for outdoor furniture, a kidde pool, a jungle gym, really anything. The fenced in yard provides a good amount of privacy to your outdoor oasis. The front of the house has a reserved parking space as well as open spots for parking and the neighborhood is designed for each townhouse to have two vehicles. The hot water tank, electrical box, heat pump, air handler, front lights, washer, dryer, windows, front and rear door have all been replaced over the last few years. The Inverness Community offers free pool access (you'll need pool passes which are easily obtained) and tennis court use. The Grosvenor Metro Stop is 3 miles away (minutes by car) and the bus stop is at the entrance of the development. Inverness backs up to both Cabin John Regional Park (jogging trails) and Cabin John Shopping mall, where a full selection of stores exists within a three minute walk. Park Potomac and Montgomery Mall are only minutes away by car and downtown Bethesda can be reached in approximately 12 minutes. 270 can be reached rather quickly using the Montrose Road exit, Democracy Blvd. exit, or the Old Georgetown Road exit. NIH is just about a 12 minute drive as well. The best public schools in the country are available with this desirable address. You should come see the place if you are interested at all; it's really quite nice. Feel free to e-mail me for more pictures. House is available July 1st. If interested, please reply. No smokers please. Pet's allowed on case by case basis. Tenant to pay all utilities.
