This is a single family home that I am renting out the full basement that is essentially a studio apartment with a kitchen and bath. The entrance is either from the garage or the property back door. This unit comes mostly furnished or you can bring your own furniture with you. All bills are included with the rent and use of the upstairs living room and office are included. I would prefer no pets, but if it is a small animal there is a $300 pet deposit and an additional $50 per month pet rent. I would prefer a one year lease, but am open to a shorter term agreement (6 months) if the situation is acceptable. This is a no-smoking property and driveway parking is also included. There is a big back yard that can be used by the renter and a nice fireplace in the living room. The tenant will be responsible for regularly cleaning the apartment and quiet time is from 10pm - 6am.
