A portion of our home is dated back to the 1740's. Fully furnished Attic apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. This is a safe, private and cozy space for a traveling professional, short term rental, college student or young couple starting out. Enjoy the history that our home is surrounded by. Our home is a perfect location; Less than 2 miles to the hospital and several assisted living communities. Only 1.5 miles from Old Town Winchester which boasts of a charming walking mall, coffee shops, boutique stores and a wonderful selection of restaurants. This area is bustling with Farmers Markets and wineries. So much to see. The Attic is located on the third floor of our home. Full access to our Laundry Room on the first floor. Our outside spaces including our back porch with grill and front porch with rocking chairs are also accessible. We have a dog that is in the house at night and out back usually throughout the day; as well as an outside cat so if allergies are a problem please keep that in mind. We are a family with three small boys and we love children. With that being said if you are sensitive to noise we will try and be as accommodating as possible. Privacy is key and it is important to us that you feel comfortable. We are open to our tenants having a pet cat as long as they are responsible pet owners. Unfortunately the attic apartment is not conducive to those tenants with a dog. The atmosphere surrounding our home is quiet. We are conveniently located near Winchester Medical Center as well as Westminster Canterbury Assisted Living. We have been renting the space as well as a private room in our home for the last five years. We are familiar with renting to travel professionals in the nursing field, government field and educational field. Rent covers electric, water and internet. Rent is month to month with rent due at the beginning of each month.
