This house is adorable. Big enough to comfort the family. Small enough to be with the family. All bedrooms are not created equally. The back 2 are big enough for a king size bed and the front room is a little smaller maybe full size bed. All are brightly lit during the daytime. A full size bath is really nice. It was remodeled to compliment the rest of the home's modern flooring and color scheme. Spacious and also blessed with natural lighting. The kitchen..... equipped with ALmoSt everything except a microwave. Laundry room nearby with washer and dryer included. Next thing you know you're in the back yard. It's big it could be a lot of fun. And the "storage" shed also has power. No it will not suffice as a tiny house but maybe a workshop? We can talk about landscaping once we find our next awesome tenants. The whole house has been updated nearly brand new. New flooring new paint air conditioning new roof etc. It's just a nice comfy house. This is a 3 bedroom home so the maximum occupancy is 5. If you want to see it give us a call.
