Great home on one acre! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with open floor plan with gorgeous wood laminate flooring in some of the rooms. Two of the bedrooms were missing any/all floor coverings Just had painted plywood floors. Kitchen has great breakfast bar that opens into living room and dining room perfect for entertaining! Nice covered Ramada's for pets or for entertaining areas. Fully fenced in areas in backyard and front. Very clean and well cared for home! Except for the roof that leaked. The steps that were dangerous to navigate at best. And the fact that none of the appliances were fully functional. No hot water tank. The clogged drain pipe. And don't let me forget to mention the Red Tagged Propane Furnace. It sounded like a couple of cats chasing each other inside the flue.
