Split level, and the 1st floor is partially underground. The stair lead up two floors to what was called a gallary. The sits on 3 lots of commercial property. Neighborhood Description I like the old neighbprhood and the neighbors are just wonderful, There is a park to walk to called St. Louis Square Park. It has a play ground and summer concerts. There is a picnic and car show yearly. There is also a Market right next to the park. Lots of History here old but family friendly. I consider it a safe neighborhood.
