The bed has been upgraded to a queen-size sleigh bed, There's a Secretary desk in the bedroom (not depicted), a step-in closet for hanging clothes on the bottom (wooden clothes hangers provided) with upper storage. The attic is accessible for more storage if needed. The owners (a family with a 3 and 7 yr old) live downstairs. Safe, quiet environment; friendly neighbors. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. Nice wide Oak lined street for off-street parking with a view of street cars entering service daily from the historic Carrollton Streetcar barns. Utilities, WiFi, prime video, Netflix for TV included. The laundry is located in the carport. Private entrance is up metal stairs at back of house. There is ample street parking on a wide oak lined one-way street. The New Orleans streetcars Maneuver onto the Saint Charles Streetcar line within sight of the house as they exit America's oldest surviving streetcar barn right here on Willow street. absolutely No Smoking in the apartment, but ok on the stair landing. It's a Quiet part of the neighborhood where people generally are asleep or quiet by 9 pm. Lots of light and views over slate rooftops and through a palm and banana trees. Nice neighbors with some houses from the 1800s and one hidden 1700s gem that was used as a hospital during the civil war. The street used to be a canal and the house on the corner was brought in pieces from across the lake and reassembled there. Every Lease is terminated by the end date stated in the lease and a new lease is required to extend or to start a new rental period unless otherwise stated in the lease. A refundable cleaning deposit of $120 will be returned if the apartment is as clean as or better than the first day of the rental period. There is a refundable deposit of $800 for leases less than 6 months and a full month's rent or $1600 for a year or longer lease. Deposits are returned quickly upon successful completion of the lease term when the apartment has normal wear and is clean with no damage. If the apartment is dirty the deposit will be returned after a post-cleaning inspection if no damage is revealed, usually three days. There is a zero-tolerance pet policy, which means no pets not even watching a pet for a friend, and no visitors with pets are allowed in the apartment. Chairs and other small furnishings may vary from pictures. The bed has been upgraded to Queen size.
