Utilities included! Canal front rental home. This rental is for month to month in the off season only. House is fully furnished with queen bed in main, full under twin bunks in spare. (Open March 6- April 16 2022). We live there in the summer so this rental is best for travelers or short term renters. Great for fisherman with easy boat access! This is right on the canal with 40ft frontage and great if you have a boat or fishing gear. We do have a 14ft canoe on site for renter use. Due to the nature of this seasonal rental, ALL utilities are included in the price: gas, electric, internet, basic cable and water/trash are included. Excessively high bills will incur additional charges. Lease will be through 3rd party site, renter may not have more than 2 dogs.
