Door to DIA Departure or arrival gates via 470 tollway is 40 min one way. Drive to DT Denver without traffic is 35 min. You will need to have a car to get around or a bike to get to the nearest RTD bus stop. The bus Jump would take you from Arapahoe to the transit center of Boulder. Tenants pays 1/4 of water, electricity and gas bills, total of 2 bills. Check out clean is $100 and up to the extend the room needs to be cleaned. Will be deducted from deposit.
