This is an off season lease at my lake house, from late afternoon on Labor Day through the third week of April (I need it back just before U of M's undergraduate commencement the last weekend of April) . This house is fully furnished. It is perfect for a grad student or a visiting professor who wants a furnished place to live during the academic year. It will not work for someone who has a lot of their own furniture or who needs lease that is longer than 7.5 months. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Listed rental rate is with tenant paying all utilities. This house has super fast broadband internet and a super efficient gas furnace. I can include utilities at a higher rate if the tenant prefers to do so. I have agreed to rent to people will well behaved dogs in after interviewing the dog and with a higher cleaning fee at the end, but that is case by case.
