It is a 10 minute drive to the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station, the Springfield Mall, Kingstowne Towne Center, and Ft. Belvoir. Without traffic, it is approximately a 30 minute drive into DC. With traffic, approximately 40 minutes to an hour drive. The kitchen was recently redone with hardwood floors and quartz countertops. There is a garage with enough space for two small vehicles. There are multiple storage spaces in the home. There are many small parks in the area as well as walking/running trails. Rent will be due on the first of each month. Utilities are included in the rental price. If you will need to break the year lease, I would prefer if you could give me at least two months notice. I will require one month's rent for the breaking of the lease. There are no additional roommates allowed once lease is signed. There are no pets allowed. There is no smoking in the house. During the summer months, the small patches of grass will need to be mowed once every two weeks. Appliances included in the home are a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
