Hi there! I am looking to rent one bedroom in my Wellington home to ONE individual. They will have to share their bathroom with my only other tenant. The home is in a quiet neighborhood in Wellington. I have one dog name Baker who is a very sweet and friendly Cockapoo, and a Black Lab mix, named Bruno. Unfortunately, no animals will be allowed because I'm allergic to most dogs and cats. The rent does NOT include utilities but will be split between each person in the house hold. Utilities range between $125-$150 per person, per month. Utilities include: -Water -Sewer -Electricity -Gas -Wifi -Trash & Recycle Amenities include -unfurnished bedroom -In home laundry -Street Parking -Spacious Backyard -Newly remodeled home -Some basement storage for additional home goods that you don't want to keep in your room. (Within moderation, not a storage unit). At signing of the lease these are the required: -A passed background check -Stable income (proof of paystubs, etc). -First months rent, and a security deposit ($1,350) -Previous rental references if available No smoking inside home.
