This cottage has been in the family for close to 100 years. Well built and well maintained it will last another 100 years. The owner used it in the summers, but it could be used year around. Propane stove in downstairs provides adequate heat, while there is currently no heat source upstairs, each room upstairs has been electrically wired for electric heat baseboards to be installed. There is room to grow with additional lots available, but at this price, in this condition, it wont last long, mark my words!!!
