We have touched every room with updates including hardwood floors throughout.. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and granite countertops. Bathrooms have TEP approved low flush toilets and water saving shower fixtures. New HVAC installed in 2015. We put in a small waterfall and pond, and many beautiful plants in the yard. The HOA fee is $85 a month. The HOA takes care of the front yard landscape, community pool, streets, trees, walkways, outdoor lights, roads and periodically paints the front and side of the townhouse. We are attached to our wonderful neighbor on one side only. We are next to the walkway.
