    This vacant lot is conveniently located about 1 mile from I-75 on a cul-de-sac in Brock Pointe Subdivision in East Brainerd off Standifer Gap Road. This is not a ''cull'' lot that was not built on when the other homes were developed. The owner purchased it 20+ years ago with the intent of building on it, then he and his wife found a home and bought it instead of building at that time. At this point, they are not able to build on it, so are going to sell it. The homes around it are valued between $350,000 and $500,000, with even higher priced homes in the newest section of Brock Pointe. With a slight slope, this would be suitable for a basement house.
