    This is 30.8 acres that my wife and I were going to build on. It is in the very desirable Old Nursery Plantation equestrian neighborhood. This is 1 mile south of exit 333 off of I-10. Exit 333 is about 30 miles east of I-75 and about 40 miles west of the city of Jacksonville and I-95. Another property came available with a house so we chose to purchase it instead. I had a half acre cleared for the house and all new drainage ditches down both sides of the property and across the front along with a new culvert for the drive into the property. As you can see in the pictures, this is a perfect opportunity for those of you who love nature, or desires to hunt. There’s plenty of deer, turkey, raccoons, fox and other wild game on this property. It can be a fun place to get away from the big city or build your permanent home and hunt right out your back door. The south prong of the St. Mary’s River runs through the back portion of this property and it is beautiful. There are a lot of cypress trees back there some of which are so large you can’t even wrap your arms around. HOA dues are minimal at $211.00 annually. HOA does NOT allow any mobile homes, trailers, or prefabricated homes (although there are a few that are/were grandfathered in, and can NOT be replaced). This is a very desirable, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. Some people have horses, there’s even two Buffalo right up the road from this property. Most of this property is considered flood zone. When there’s a lot of water/rain it does get wet in the back but drains very quickly into the South Prong of the St. Mary’s River. The cleared area in the front portion is not in the flood zone and it’s perfect for your dream home. I will consider fine firearms and/or classic/muscle car(s) for partial payment.
