A comprehensive tenant screening report is required for each occupant 18 years or older, at the applicants' expense ($50 each). Report includes information on credit, rental history, income verification and criminal background. Will accept a current reusable comprehensive tenant screening report. Detailed rental acceptance criteria will be provided prior to applying. Move-in costs include first month's rent, security deposit and a $400 non-refundable cleaning fee.
