Looking for a roomate in my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in the Presidio starting today :) The apt is in the sanches neighborhood of the Presidio! This area of the presidio is popular and room openings are uncommon. I have lived in this lovely, sunny, convenient to access part of the Presidio for the last 1.5 years and am looking for someone to move into my 2nd bedroom! Reason being, I am hoping to have the apartment available to move my partner into in the future :) Details / amenities * The unit is a 2nd floor, top-floor unit in a 4 unit building. * In-unit laundry * Parking is off-street and free * Convenient presidio-ran shuttle service that goes directly downtown to the BART stop with NO stops along the way. * Comes with medium sized storage shed! Space for a bike and more. * All furnishings in the photo are included in communal spaces * The room is 11'6" x 12' with a closet * Large deck area with Golden Gate Bridge views * Communal, grassy backyard space great for group gatherings and park activities * Utilities are usually around 100 per person per month * High ceilings make the space feel more spacious! * Comes with a communal garden plot! About me! I am a 27yo professional who wrks from home 3-4 days a week. I like to socialize, have a partner who comes over about once a week, and frequently go on trips out of town. I love outdoor sports (rock climbing at the climbing gym nearby, biking, surfing, etc) and park games (volleyball, Spikeball). On an average week day, I work from home and then go do something after work for 2-3 hours that is away from home, and tend to stay up late. I play video games a couple times a week in the living room but don't watch a lot of TV. I have people over maybe once a month but typically keep my social activities away from home. About the presidio The presidio, for me, has been an amazing place to live. I have ~10 friends who live here! I love the accessibility to nature and believe you will too. I am located a 3 minute walk from the historic Lovers Lane and tree tunnel view along Presidio Blvd. The Presidio has a YMCA with a gym and pool, rock climbing gym, crissy field beach, hot yoga studio, and lots of trails for running / hiking / biking all right outside the door of my apartment. Who I am looking for in a Roomate Open and flexible! Ideally in their 20s / early 30s and a professional like myself Has a stable source of income with no concerns of paying bills Decently clean - I understand we are not always perfect (I, myself am not either!) but tries their best to cleanup after themself in communal spaces Someone who likes to get out of the apartment sometimes and go do things! I like to be social and friends with my roommates, inviting them to social activities, but also recognize and appreciate having separate social lives, ideally looking for someone who has their own social life outside of just mine :) $150 for utilities.
