We are close to both the linked-in buildings and Levi's stadium which is less than 4 miles away from the studio. The studio is also attached to the main house where the owners live. Owners will pay for utility bills. No more than three adults allowed.No smoking on premisis and no pets are allowed except for one cat. As for parking, there will be available parking on the street. Rent will be paid on the first day of the month. There is a late charge fee if the tenant fails to pay the rent in 5 days after the date is due, they will be charge $100, plus an additional $10 for each individual day not payed after the 5 days.
