Renovated mid 70's Holiday Rambler turned tiny house. Set up just off Churchill Rd in the middle of Churchill. Nestled in the back corner of our property, We're looking to rent it out for the year but are open to other lease terms including month to month. Our family lives on the property so must be family friendly. Owner pays all utilities - water, power, trash, sewer, WiFi. Dogs are accepted - but since we have kids on the property we want to meet them and make sure we're all compatible. We charge a non-refundable pet fee + a refundable pet fee (returned on move out if there are no damages). Parking limit of 2 vehicles.
