The downstairs bathroom has a shower / bath to be shared. The loft is open to the downstairs (no wall) so it is semi private, however, I have a partition set up for added privacy. Curtains can also be hung from the ceiling if there is an issue. There is no door into the room, but there is a staircase that leads up to the room which only you would use. The townhouse is 3 stories, with central AC/heating, comes with an assigned parking space for you (I use garage), in unit laundry, pool/spa, includes water, sewer & trash. Close to Hwy 56 and I-15, shopping and parks. I work from home so I am home all day and need quiet from 9am-4pm, be sure you understand I will always be home weekdays. I also like to travel so I may be gone for weeks at a time. Short term ok (2 month minimum) $1400/month + 1/2 utilities (water/trash/SDGE/wifi apx $150) Deposit $1400 No pets, no smoking.
