Built in 1947 there are certainly some rustic elements but if you want to experience Tahoe for natures beauty and not the crowds then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a mountain retreat to escape the Tahoe crowds but still be close to all the action this is your place. We are renting the home furnished (2 of 3 bedrooms + living room and kitchen). Internet or home phone services can be serviced by AT&T. Propane and electric heat and a wood burning fireplace. It does not have onsite laundry. Looking for a year round lease but open to alternative options. NOTE: the cabin is currently occupied. Please do not disturb current residents. Contact me to arrange a showing or additional information. Owner will pay for HOA which includes water. Resident pays for electricity & propane and is responsible for securing phone / internet. Resident is also responsible for winter snow removal of the driveway and providing sufficient emergency access to the house and electrical panel. Additional pet fees will be assessed of $50 per month.
