    I bought this home in 2022 for ~$442k. I've furnaced it and added many things. The basement is almost finished, which includes a bedroom, gym/living area, full bath, storage & utility room. The 4 way was passed, so it's been done right. I have lots of photos/videos. The basement bathroom will include a custom steam sauna and the gym will be included. The main family will include the sectional, the large mounted TV, a Bose Surround System, HD DVD Player and floating cabinets, etc. The kitchen includes the curio with glassware, as well as the table, chairs and bar stools. I have extra. The entry incudes the shoe shelf. The loft (which can become an optional bedroom) includes an office desk & office chair. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have queen bed sets, that are included. The master bedroom has a built in wall safe, also included. The garage has 8 ceiling storage racks, celing bike racks, wall cabinets, wall tool racks, and the work bench is also included. The small backyard is fenced and includes a shed & separate storage. There are other things included, but I'll specify later and post more photos. The home has an incredible view of the mountains to the east and amazing sunsets to the west. Great neighbors! *I'm not sure on the square footage, so you'll need to get a pro for that, although I believe it's between 2200 & 2300 sq ft. Let me know if you're interested. *And I'm not interested in using a realtor at this time, I've sold most of my homes without, but I'm willing to work with one, I just want what I'm asking and if I can't get it, I'll keep it. Also, I can't move out till the end of February, so there's that. Thank you!
