The small backyard is fenced and includes a shed & separate storage. There are other things included, but I'll specify later and post more photos. The home has an incredible view of the mountains to the east and amazing sunsets to the west. Great neighbors! *I'm not sure on the square footage, so you'll need to get a pro for that, although I believe it's between 2200 & 2300 sq ft.
