Approximately 1,300 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private entrance, separate laundry, separate furnace, central air conditioning, and included appliances. Lease Term Fixed 12-month lease beginning September 1, 2026, and ending August 31, 2027. Early Occupancy Approved tenants may take possession beginning August 1, 2026. Base rent is waived from August 1 through August 31, 2026. All other lease provisions including the security deposit, utility charge, property rules, insurance requirements, and responsibility for damage take effect upon possession. Monthly Charges - Base rent: $2,500 - Flat utility charge: $200 - Total monthly payment: $2,700 - Fiber internet is included. - The landlord pays the remaining property utility accounts. - Monthly payment is due on the first day of each month.
