I have 2 rooms. One is the master bedroom with a full bathroom. The other room is in the front of the house and it has a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The shared area as a big TV, a pool table, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the garage. The house and bedrooms are fully furnished with bed , dresser and TV. Price can be negotiable, depending on the length of your stay. if you work at the plant, the lease will be week a week.Rent will be paid every Friday. If it's late, there will be a $25 late fee. Come Sunday if rent is not paid, you must leave. I prefer smoking to be outside. There are tables and chairs in the backyard where you could be comfortable. if you would like to rent the house for six months at a time, then rent can be discussed.
