40509. Here is the Sellers point of view. What do we love about our house? There is so much! It is much bigger than we ever thought we would need, but we really utilize all of it. The walk-in closets in every bedroom are awesome. We also love the size of all the rooms. We have all the furniture we could need, but the rooms don't feel over-full. The master bathroom is great with the vanity, and I don't know how we are going to live without our master closet! The set-up is fabulous with the laundry room right off the master suite closet and hallway access to the family room. The loft/playroom upstairs is a really nice, versatile space for the kids to play or watch TV. The yard is gigantic, especially for the neighborhood. There is plenty of space to let the kids and dog run free. We have also spent many nights just letting the kids play in the cul-de-sac. There are so many things about the house we are going to miss, but I'm sure someone else will be glad to enjoy them! Interested ??
