This is for 1 BEDROOM with a full Private bath with a garden tub. The unit I have is a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs condo in Spring Valley and I am going to rent out one of the extra bedrooms. I am more interested in a long term stable quiet responsible roommate or roommates maximum of 2 in this room but also open to short term until l get the perfect roommate. The perfect roommate would be an easy going, Clean preferably working or active person who does not just sit around in the condo all day. The current situation is there is one Female in her 50's who works full time as an office manager and she is quiet and mostly keeps to herself but can be social if you want to hang out sometimes in the evenings. The other is only here a couple of days a month sometimes. Also keeps to himself but is clean respectful works full time and is nice. PS I am willing to rent out the smaller room with a shared bath to one person who does not have overnight guests for less money. Pets are considered but not guaranteed. We do NOT currently have any pets in the condo. the complex is gated and has a mobile security patro sometimes. Negotiable on the length of residency. No Smoking of any kind inside the unit or within 20 feet of the front door. No loud music ever. If you have a pet always clean up after your pet on the property.
