We are the owners and have lived in and loved this house for 3.5 years but moved a few miles away and looking for someone to look after it for us. We have invested heavily in the house since we bought it and hope you will enjoy it. This is the perfect house for a family and is situated on a street with very little traffic and very easy access to all the trails and playgrounds that Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch have to offer. Upon entering you will immediately notice the cherry wood floors and cherry stairs and the dramatic vaulted ceilings. Pass into the main part of the house and there is a very well lit office, a large den / great room and a kitchen that leads out to the big deck that sits underneath the shade of a giant honey locust tree. Upstairs you will find the large master suite with en suite and walk in closet, a large guest bedroom with en suite, and two other bedrooms across the landing connected by a jack-n-jill bathroom.
