    We are looking for good long term residents for our amazing Lone Tree house. We are the owners and have lived in and loved this house for 3.5 years but moved a few miles away and looking for someone to look after it for us. We have invested heavily in the house since we bought it and hope you will enjoy it. This is the perfect house for a family and is situated on a street with very little traffic and very easy access to all the trails and playgrounds that Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch have to offer. Upon entering you will immediately notice the cherry wood floors and cherry stairs and the dramatic vaulted ceilings. Pass into the main part of the house and there is a very well lit office, a large den / great room and a kitchen that leads out to the big deck that sits underneath the shade of a giant honey locust tree. Upstairs you will find the large master suite with en suite and walk in closet, a large guest bedroom with en suite, and two other bedrooms across the landing connected by a jack-n-jill bathroom. The basement has a very large free space that we currently use as a movie watching area, a decent sized bedroom that we use as a home gym (with two large mirrors installed on the walls) and another very large bedroom that is currently being used as a second home office but could make a great private guest bedroom. The basement is a walkout basement that goes out to the lower patio and backyard. There is a sauna in the basement bathroom that is great after a long day. This property will be rented unfurnished. A COUPLE OF THE GREAT FEATURES: -THE PRICE INCLUDES ALL THE ELECTRICITY GENERATED BY THE ROOFTOP SOLAR SYSTEM WE INSTALLED IN 2021. We generate 11MWh a year (11,000kwh/yr) which has been more than sufficient for our family of four with some light EV charging. If you use more than that, you can pay the difference. - NEWLY INSTALLED 50kW EV CHARGER IN THE GARAGE -high end washer/dryer, fridge and microwave/oven all installed in the last few years -new attic fan / whole house fan installed last year that is so refreshing in the spring and fall -newly installed fence -new windows throughout the house -ceiling fans installed in all four upstairs bedrooms -dimmer switches added throughout the house Thanks for your interest! Minimum initial term 12 months with twelve months renewals thereafter. Electricity included (as generated by the solar system, approximately 11.8MWh per year) but you pay your own energy, water, sewer, and internet charges.
